		<description>You can do it!!! When I started my "get healthier" attitude last year I stayed diligent for 8 weeks, refusing to eat anything I knew was bad for me. After I lost about 20 pounds I started taking one day a week (usually a weekend) to relax the rules a little. I didn't go crazy but I did indulge on ONE DAY. That seemed to get my metabolism going after a stall. I still do the same thing and I've lost 40 pounds total. I heard a statistic the other day that if you eat good 90% of the time, it's okay to be bad 10% of the time. I wish you much luck and success with it!!

Ruby looks precious in that stroller. The photo makes me very happy. :)</description>
